Security Deposit
The security deposit is equal to one month's rent, unless otherwise indicated.
The security deposit can not be used for the last month's rent.
Pet Policy
We gladly accepts pets. There is an additional, non refundable pet deposit of $400.00. Rates may vary depending on the type, number of pets, and the particular rental address. This is based solely on the owner’s discretion. On some properties, NO pets are allowed.
